    MPI Brokers has chosen a specialist claims handler who reports directly to us. While you are away, you will have full support for medical emergencies and general claims via a 24-hour telephone number staffed by experts dedicated to resolving your problems.

    MPI Brokers has teamed up with Inter Partner Assistance (part of the AXA Group) to provide a separate car breakdown and recovery policy which offers a full range of assistance and other benefits.

    It is a condition of booking with us that you have adequate insurance to cover both the risk of cancellation from the time of booking until you leave on your holiday, and other risks while you are away.

    You will be asked to confirm whether you are insured
    for at least the cost of:

    •  Emergency medical expenses
    •  Mountain rescue
    •  Repatriation
    •  Personal liability
    •  Travel delay

    You must also be covered for the activities you might undertake, and you will be asked if you are planning any unusual or hazerdous activities.

    Owing to a change in Government regulation, we are no longer able to recommend an insurance policy. We can, however, introduce you to MPI brokers who specialise in wintersports insurance. Also our Reps in resort will have access to MPI's unique web based insurance guide, which will help us to help you.
