Delayed Baggage

Should a customer's baggage be delayed in transit and has not arrived after 12 hours they may claim for the cost of purchasing necessary items and the hire of ski equipment.

It is however a condition of the policy that the customer obtains a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) from the Airline before leaving the ariport. Without this any Insurance claim will fail.
