How to make your ski trip even more enjoyable

With the welcome arrival – at last – of substantial snowfalls at lower as well as higher levels, thousands of British skiers will be keen to get on their skis as often as possible in the rest of the season.

You may be one of the many for whom the only thing that spoils a ski trip is the hassle of taking baggage and equipment to and from airports.

Fortunately, there's a new expert service that collects everything from you before you travel – and delivers it to your destination before you arrive. The new service from BagSOLO also includes collecting your bags and kit at the end of the trip and delivering them back to you.

Normally, forwarded baggage is not covered by travel insurance – but by working with MPI Brokers, BagSOLO has a neat solution. A simple tick-box on MPI's application form allows skiers – and other travellers – to include forwarded baggage.

MPI Managing Director Michael Pettifer says: "Direct flights to airports near ski resorts solve the main travel problem – but not hassle of baggage and equipment. The airport transfer companies don't like bulky luggage and skis either."

Promising to take the 'lug' out of luggage, bagSOLO's door-to-door service extends to snowsports desitinations worldwide. For more information, go to www.bagsolo.com. When you book, enter MPI10 at the checkout.
